Safety Management System two days seminar with cooperation of Integra Consult

 

The tow days seminar on safety management system for airlines    and airports was held on 26 & 27 August. During this seminar, an    introduction to safety management system concepts, planning  and    implementation for airlines and airports was presented.

 

The speakers of this seminar were from Integra Consult, our    foreign partner in safety and aviation consultancy as follows:   Michael Niels Thorsen, Calus Anders Hansen, Stephan Reib

 

Referring to international standards and guidelines, the objectives of this workshop are to:

 

• Introduce definitions of safety and safety management

• Introduce content and structure of safety management systems (SMS) including safety policies, organisation and procedures

• Introduce method to perform safety assessments (an important part of SMS)
